In this role, Ryan is responsible for creating and executing the company’s North American retail strategy including overseeing all facets of the store experience including merchandising, marketing, customer experience, operations, and human resources.

With 20 years of leadership experience in retail, merchandising, operations, and P&L management, Ryan has previously worked with strong consumer brands, including, giggle, Cole Haan, Esprit, Gap Inc, and Nordstrom.
