Jeff is the Sr. Director of Omni Channel Strategy & Capabilities at PetSmart, as part of the Customer Experience Team. Jeff has been with PetSmart for 9 years and currently directs the overall strategy, development and implementation of new Omni-Channel capabilities that allow for the creation of a complete digital layer that lets consumers move seamlessly among all retail environments -- real and virtual --as if they were one.

Prior to PetSmart, Jeff had various roles in operations, engineering and planning at UPS and Home Depot. Jeff is a proud graduate of the Purdue University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA with a concentration in Project Management.
